As Operations support on a daily basis he/she has to deliver the complaints received from the center of waste management/Private Sector Clients to the concerned and thereafter preparing the document which includes the proof photos that the complaint are closed. Duties and responsibilities • Collecting and compiling data for Key Performance Indicators and Reporting • Issuing monthly reports (Client complaints, hotline complaints, e-mail receiving and tonnages report) • Answering the hotline calls, informing the concerned regarding the received complaints and keeping records of the information in order to generate monthly related reports (currently for public sector and later on for private) • Receiving the Client complaints, delivering them to the concerned and thereafter preparing the daily report which contains the before and after photos and notifies that the complaints are closed. • Executed Operations Daily data entry, attendance, route sheets and special requests • Preparing correspondences/letters to be sent to suppliers/customers • Handling the reception duties (phone calls receiving/delivering, welcoming people…) • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization • Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to his/her job requirements • Responsible for reporting to his/her superiors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety and company reputation. • Performs other duties as per request المهارات This position requires a High school diploma or general education degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities • Excellent communication, customer service and writing skills. • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Data collection and ordering. • Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills. • Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills. • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision. • Good interpersonal and listening skills. • English is a must.
