Role Summary: The Commercial Hub Manager will be responsible for working with the Commercial Hub Leader to design, stand up and activate commercial centers of excellence (e.g.: hubs) across strategic regions for GED. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include managing the overall process to build awareness of GED to drive customer adoption within the regions, establishing and implementing a metric driven methodology within the hubs, staffing for growth and enabling the commercial teams. This individual will collaborate with the Commercial Hub Leader, the Global Growth Organization (GGO) and the GED Commercial team to manage all aspects of developing and activating the hub. • Implement global priorities and initiatives into the hub by working with cross functional teams • Develop and implement a process to share hub issues and risks with global functional teams • Execute on key global initiatives; provide surge support as needed across the commercial functions • Enable Commercial Hub leader to build a pipeline and share visibility with GED Commercial leadership • Roll up status of hubs progress to update GED Chief Commercial Officer • Measure and track hub performance through the development and implementation of a go to market model to measure return on investment and talent/commercial readiness • Develop process to enforce training and enablement with latest commercial collateral • Manage and strategize with GED Commercial leadership to achieve desired commercial objectives in the hubs • Collaborate closely with the Region Commercial Leaders to find, interview and hire talent for the hub, set financial targets and develop a go-to-market strategy for the region. • Define and implement operational rigor & standardization across the hubs to ensure efficient ramp up. • Ensure usage of tools (e.g.: SFDC) throughout the hubs to give visibility to the GED Chief Commercial Officer through coordination with cross functional teams. • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices from the hubs will be shared and sustainable. • Perform all other duties as specified by GED leadership. Qualifications/Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years’ work experience in IT, marketing, sales and/or commercial operations • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business • Must be able to travel 30%+ of the time • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States • Experience with project management is preferred • ECLP, CLP, CAS graduates preferred Desired Characteristics: • Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence strategic direction across all levels of the organizational matrix • Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver • Excellent organization skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment juggling and executing on multiple priorities • Ability to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure • Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results • Ability to learn and define business processes and operationalize via supporting technology • Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with Senior Executives and technical and non-technical team members. • Experience with planning, leading, and performing change management, communications, and training activities. • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems Locations: United Arab Emirates ; Jebel Ali GE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
