Job Description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Provide support to SVP Corporate Finance and Investments to manage Company’s corporate portfolio of investments. Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending action to management. Monitor performance of investments against the budgeted targets and recommend strategies for obtaining maximum ROI and profitability. Oversee investor reporting, asset performance and mitigation of losses on investments i.e. support with restructuring, exit options. Prepare, develop and manage financial models and perform valuation analysis. Prepare reports highlighting portfolio performance and risks. Present feasibility studies and respond to any queries raised by Risk & Investment committee. Follow up on legal cases against defaulting customers and work in close coordination with the legal team and lawyers. Collaborate with the internal and external legal counsel to get the required information, documents and provide support on legal issues relating to investment, disputes and recovery. Assist in Audit, compliance and due diligence. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3-4 years of banking experience in UAE. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance. Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic (Mandatory) Maximum age upto 30 years Problem Solving Business & Financial acumen Market Knowledge Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills Understanding of legal matters Teamwork Proficient in MS Office
