Job Details: *Manage and guide the service desk team in providing ICT support for BAC staff in overcoming technical issues and providing ICT First and Second Line support for Airport Operation Systems and BIA Stake Holders in overcoming technical issues. *Process service requests and equipment purchasing as per ICT Policies & procedures. Requirements: *Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science. *Minimum 8 years of experience in the ICT field (of which 4 years in a managerial role). *Expertise in ITIL and COBIT5 *Awareness of different types of computer hardware & software.
