Job Purpose

To deliver items/products from the warehouse to the retail stores as per the process and ensure proper documentation is maintained with high customer satisfaction

Job Skills
1. High school/ Pre-degree 2. 1 to 2 years Furniture/retail delivery experience 3. Good communication and interpersonal & Customer handling Skills 4. Valid UAE driving license (#3 manual)

Key Responsibilities
1. Receive the delivery schedule from the delivery supervisor and deliver it to the stores at the specified date and time. 2. Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered to the stores without any damages. 3. Handle all complaints, concerns of the stores to delivery process, damages caused during transportation of items courteously and escalate it to the delivery supervisor/Customer Service for appropriate resolution. 4. Organize and maintain all the store acknowledgements/receipts and submit them to the delivery supervisor. 5. Ensure delivery vehicle is roadworthy and is in good condition. 6. Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage property and injury to self and colleagues. Pro-actively remind colleagues to behave in line with the HSE processes defined by the company. 7. Check and verify the cartons before / during vehicle loading for quality and quantity checks. 8. All returns and stores to warehouse / store transfers stocks are dully handed over to warehouse storekeeper on the same day and obtain acknowledgement as POD.
