Job Details: *Ensure that the payroll processes are complete in the stipulated time period. *Finish the entire payroll reconciliation and play an advisory role to ensure budget adherence. *Play an important role in the development of annual manpower budget. Requirements: *Bachelor or Masters Degree from a reputed university *Minimum 12 years of experience in UAE in a mid-management level handling payroll or allied activities. *Specialist knowledge in Payroll Accounting, Budgeting, Gulf Labor laws *Must have expertise in manpower budgeting process *Awareness of the UAE labor laws
