Job Details: -Keep up high service levels for both internal and external customers. -Start up timely updation of standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per changes in market, operational functionalities, company policies and/or regulatory framework. -Prepare test cases and maintain proper issue log during UAE phase. -Gathering of data for daily, weekly, monthly MI report. -Follow up with vendors /FH IT and ensure quick turn around. Requirements: *Bachelor Degree from a reputed University *Minimum 3 years experience of securities operations. *Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and MS Outlook. *Capacity to work in a fast paced environment.
