You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would be an advantage.
Knowledge of how to implement an outstanding Customer journey is essential!
You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the store by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, training and managing poor performance of staff and products.
A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.
An understanding of Visual merchandising is vital for this role.
High school qualification is required
