Service Advisors are expected to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for actively listening to customer concerns about the repair/service required for their vehicles. You will also open Job Cards, accurately ensuring that customer concerns are recorded properly so that the Technician can "Fix it Right at First Time". Candidates will be responsible for follow up on the work-in-progress and regular update to the customers on the progress of their vehicle. It is essential that you are proactive and have excellent communication skills, being able to build good rapport with customers and to promote/up-sell accessories & services to generate additional revenue whilst ensuring highest Customer View Point (CVP) ratings achieved.
You should be a diploma holder in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. You will have good knowledge of automotive maintenance process and procedures. You should be a dynamic and proactive individual with active listening and inter-personal skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automobiles who can deliver high levels of customer service. To be successful in this role, you will have minimum three year experience in similar a capacity in the automotive maintenance field preferably with an authorized dealership.
