Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager for a leading Business Center in Dubai. The candidate we are looking for should have a lively spirit and a proven track record of sales success.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team member with a pleasant personality and people skills.
To conduct daily meetings for Business set-up and office viewings within the Business Center using the lead data base we have in house. These leads are generated through potential clients who have contacted us for our services.
The time of that person will need to be managed and will require:
- Handling the sales of all 3 centers
- Handling all Business set-up meetings
- Handling all negotiation of all sales
- Follow-ups on viewings and meetings
- Daily lead follow-ups
- Responsible for achieving all goals/objectives of sales of offices and business set-up leads.
- Follow a disciplined but flexible process in closing deals and contacting potential customers through the lead database.
