Prepare and follow up all financial transactions related to the UAEU Libraries and ensure that they are implemented in the financial system. Coordination and communication with other departments regarding all financial transactions relevant to the UAEU Libraries to achieve appropriate approvals. An audit of financial transactions received by the UAEU Libraries. Budget preparation for UAEU Libraries in consultation with the Libraries’ Management Team. Follow-up the budget of the UAEU Libraries periodically and prepare any required management reports. Preparation and follow-up to the special procurement plan of UAEU Libraries. To assist library managers with procurement and services for the UAEU Libraries operations and follow-up. Coordination of procedures for the establishment of requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and documents for procurement for the UAEU Libraries. The implementation of all financial requirements for petty cash advances, travel tickets, bills and compensation to the UAEU Libraries’ suppliers. To do any other work-related duties as directed by the Libraries’ Management Team. Minimum Qualification A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial management or any related discipline. Preferred Qualification Knowledge of accounting procedures and programs Knowledge of financial software applications Ability to prepare and write financial reports Account numeracy skills Skill at working under pressure Skills to avoid accounting errors Compliance with approved financial regulations.
