: The General Manager is responsible for the overall building and developing of teams involved in sales, service, financing, fleet, and marketing. In the role you will design and implement robust and sustainable people based performance strategy and processes to, effectively, drive the operation forward. Responsibilities: • Manage the organisation of the country, set targets to meet and exceed monthly revenue. • Recruit, Lead, coach and guide the teams to deliver excellent client experiences. • Generate the target number of orders to support Tesla’s growth. Responsible for the regions P&L. • Provide excellent service, which will delight customers and encourage them to recommend us. • Identify all potential roadblocks/opportunities within the country: • Financing /leasing; including establishing the right products with the right partners • Vehicle specs (suspension tuning, desirable option, etc.) • Locations (sales and service) • Staffing • Marketing (events, specific communications) with the primary goal of generating leads • Government and local incentives (tax break, road/lane/zone access, charging, etc.) • Respond to in conjunction with the Communications team, to media inquiries • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on status of specific retail, the market and competitor activities and/or other. Requirements: • Visionary leader who can build highly effective teams from recruitment to succession planning • Proven track record of delivery KPI’s and driving businesses forward. • Excellent communication, analytical, networking and presentation skills • Highly organised, numerate, strong attention to detail with the ability and the importance of prompt and thorough follow up • People oriented with the ability to manage different types of personalities and cultures, across many markets • High energy, results orientated, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organisation • Ability to analyse, develop and implement appropriate retail strategies Other Qualifications: • Post-graduate degree in business management or related field • Minimum 3 - 10+ years experience in management, or leadership experience • GCC Experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and a prior experience with a top-tier CRM system highly desirable • Fluency in English, are a prerequisite for this position, Arabic is a plus • Prior experience with fleet sales is preferred.
