In this role you will have the following responsibilities :
Advise Contractor/Team on Employer’s/Project QA/QC requirements to ensure Contractor commitment and compliance is in line with Employer’s site specific quality requirements and procedures
Responsible for :
Maintaining the Inspection Request Register
Maintaining the Material Approval Register
Maintaining the Weekly Schedule for the Planned inspections
Assess Construction and installation methods of construction and ensure that QA/QC procedures are adequately implemented
Responsible for :
Preparing documents such as Method Statements, O&M Manuals, KPIs, etc
Follow up Construction team for implementation or quality plan
Follow up with Civil works team for different service interfaces
Audit Sub-Contractor’s Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Procedures, Site Activities and submit report to Employer and follow-up on Remedial Actions implemented by Contractor
Sending reminders to Construction/Sub Contractors team for un approved works/balance works
Arranging meetings with sub-contractors, team to clear closeout hitches.
Prepare QA/QC Performance Reports weekly, monthly and annually, non-conformance trend analysis, remedial actions, etc. and submit to Employer:
Follow up with Suppliers/Contractors for catch up plan
Arranging meeting with Suppliers, Contractors & Consultant to reach a consensus to finalize it.
Raising Request for information for any change or deviation in the work
Product Sample, data, Testing Certificates, Material etc. submissions

Mock up approvals for the kick off of the proposed works

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Quality aspects of SCADA & RTU installation at Site
Develop and maintain the project Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and associated QRs & TRs for the project scope of works in accordance with the contract requirements, applicable local government & other regulatory requirements.
Responsible to verify SCADA implementation/installations at site as per check list/ Method statement/ OEM’s Procedures
Prepare/Validate/Verify the check Lists, Installation & commissioning Procedures related to SCADA & RTU installation and implementation work
Ensure that surveillance inspections are continually carried out on the project, recording and documenting any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program

Support Team Leader Operations in planning, managing and coordinating maintenance and shutdown activities to ensure that production and uptime targets are effectively met and that the facility is operated and maintained safely and efficiently in accordance with Company policies, objectives and quality standards.
