Client Profile Our client is a well-established agrochemicals organisation specializing in agricultural granular and compound crop and plant fertilizers and we are recruiting an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their expanding team in Dubai to cover international markets predominately in the MENA and Asian regions. The role will focus on sales and marketing initiatives that further expand the organisation's market share and revenue. The Role Develop profitable sales and marketing strategies to secure contracts in the MENA region, India, South East Asia particularly China, through client relationship management and establishing business opportunities with farm managers, farmers, irrigation managers to promote product awareness. Sales budgeting and forecasting. Participate in industry trade events. Work closely with the production and R&D team in developing bespoke fertilizer products based on the requirements. Essential Skills & Experience 8 10 years' business development and client acquisition in the fertilizer industry through an established network of export agencies, distributors and agricultural consultants and direct sales to farmers in the MENA region, India and China. Ability to identify fertilizer requirements based on the local agriculture with a strong working knowledge of arable farming, crop nutrition, agriculture, pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, horticulture, agronomy, seed germination, foliar health and crop science. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to negotiate profitable partnerships. Proficient use of MS Office including Excel, CRM and ERP systems. Education Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy preferably in Soil Sciences - is mandatory. MSc in Agronomy is an advantage. Candidate Profile Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Able to travel internationally without any visa restrictions.
