Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: To provide relevant support for HR activities related to business channels. Activities will include co-ordination, implementation and communication tasks. Key Responsibilities: Update all employee records (file and e-file) with relevant joining documents, visa renewals, labour renewals, letters and any other required information, which include, but are not limited to maintenance of confidential records in the system and in the files so they are readily available when required and comply with Audit requirements. Ensure that the employee details are updated and an excel record with relevant employee information is maintained. Collect employee documents and submit them to the PRO for new & renewal visa/labour contracts and assistance with joining formalities. Complete reports for employee visa & labour expenses, Petty cash report expenses, E-dirham expenses, and online petty cash expenses. Support the PRO team in visa processing formalities with the authorities and obtain up to date information regarding changes implemented in their policies and procedures. Administration support for employee onboarding, probation forms and mid-year performance analysis. Support the team with the onboarding process for new joiners, which includes setting meetings, look & see, mobility, access and F&S set up, etc. Support and initiate internal communication, announcements and general HR information. Collecting payroll relevant documents, new joiner forms, salary letters, etc. to ensure that the appropriate data is available during the payroll cycle. Support all administrative HR responsibilities. Coordinate intra-HR team activities and programs ensuring high collaboration between business channels, talent and rewards. Ad-hoc project support as required. KPI's: Accuracy of expense reports Employee filing Timely daily reports Professional execution of duties in a timely manner Customer focus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Proficient in MS Outlook, Power-point, Word and Excel High degree of organization & prioritization skills Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail and quality Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders. Strong team player with relationship building skills Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree, preferably with an HR focus. Minimum 2 years of HR experience at a generalist level. Background in retail or sports industry in a company of 200+ employees will be given preference. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
