The role will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of Digital sales, achieving sales targets set by the business and execution of digital sales strategy. Key Result Areas: Build Traffic and generate sales via Digital channels including Website, Online banking, Mobile banking and ATMs Design and Manage online and web based marketing campaigns and fulfilment Create and implement tactical offers to support specific retail products Monitor online customer applications and be the main point of contact for all digital sales related queries Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages Manage day to day online applications and monitor TAT of applications processing Supervise daily work of Digital sales staff Co-ordinate with Sales and Retail Credit Operations for the fulfilment of online applications Work together with other job functions to improve efficiency and overall service delivery of E-Commerce portal Monitor Key Performance Indicators of digital sales and develop plans to improve it Manage fulfillment of customer online applications Propose innovative ideas to acquire customers via digital channels Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting of digital sales figures Knowledge, Skills and Experience Preferably 6+ years of related banking and finance experience with superior knowledge of web and technology, out of which 2-3 years directly managing an e-commerce portal. Preferable experience in e-business (acquisitions/online / mobile / self-service space).
