They specialize in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and are head quartered in the US, with operations in almost 30 countries. They are particularly strong in the Banking, Telco and Retail sector verticals. The company are doing exceptionally well in the region and have been rapidly expanding their presence here by hiring top talent. The Role Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their Dubai team. You will be responsible for conducting Business Development to both existing and also potential new accounts. You will be introducing and positioning the client’s portfolio to key decision makers in order to build the pipeline and push activity through the first stages of the sales cycle and qualify marketing leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct presentations and participate in demonstrations with prospective clients. Conduct Outbound Business Development with Account Executives – creating marketing qualified leads for the sales team. Inbound Business Development – following up with prospects who have responded to Marketing activities. Become knowledgeable on the client’s portfolio in order to persuasively engage with buyers and target the value proposition of the company’s products to specific pain points of the buyer. Perform contact discovery when necessary. The Candidate This role is suited to a driven and hungry sales person with experience in Business Development/Inside Sales within the Enterprise Software industry. You should have extremely strong communication skills and be very customer focused. Skills & Qualifications Prior business development or inside sales experience. Strong telephone and cold calling skills. Understanding/experience within Enterprise Software industry. Excellent communication skills. Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
