We are looking for a Junior Test Engineer (6month FTC) with experience/exposure of Android hardware to contribute to this world leading product. About the Job You will be working with the QA team developing and delivering of quality products and services supporting them with quality assurance engineering throughout product development lifecycle. You will work on overall product and service quality as well as define quality assurance goals and metrics. Part of your day to day will be to partner with development and program management for timely resolution and defects. About you The ideal candidate will have 2 years hands on experience in QA Engineering role where they were responsible for testing phone hardware and systems. You will have experience in C/C++, Java, Linux shells, Python and have the exposure to manage/lead security HW product QA throughout the complete product life cycle, from concept to delivery Our preferred requirements: Hands-on Android, Linux SW development experience Experience with security product engineering and delivery experience Exposure in Agile/Scrum or Spiral development methodology Experience supporting a large scale commercial security HW development or QA engineering Hands on experience of Compatibility Test Suite Experience with automation of full stack phone software testing (operating system, middleware, frameworks) Our Process We aim to respond to all applicants within five working days, whether you are successful or not. After this you will have a technical interview with someone from the team you would be working in to take a deeper dive into your skills. Assuming you come this far, we will then wheel out the big guns and you will have a final round of interviews with the senior team before we make a decision. With over 50 nationalities working in the firm we are literally hiring the best cyber talent in the world. Hence our interviews are frequently conducted by telephone or video-conference.
